Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email provided during checkout.

Please allow 1-3 days processing time for your order to be shipped. (If you are in a hurry for your order please let us know in the notes area in the bottom of checkout screen before you place your order.)

Once your order has shipped you will receive an updated confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow several hours for carrier website to update with correct tracking information.

Depending on the shipping speed selected during checkout, please allow 2 to 5 business days after your order has been processed for your order to arrive. 

Please note that once the order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
To start a return please email us at with your order number and a list of the items that are being returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping back an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Averages about 3 to 5 business days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted 
  • Any item not in its original condition.
  • Is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your order number at and send your item to:

If you are needing to replace an item that is defective or damaged please email us at with your order number and a picture of the damaged item. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Limited Lifetime Bracelet Warranty

All of our stretch beaded bracelets are included in this warranty. 

If something happened to your bracelet and it breaks from normal wear and tear. Save ALL of your beads and sterling silver spacers and start a repair with us by sending an email to with your order number and a picture of the broken bracelet. 

If for some reason you are not able to save all of your beads and sterling silver spacers there may be a small replacement fee depending on how many parts are missing. 

The fee for missing parts is from $3 being the minimum and $15 being the maximum amount owed depending on the amount of parts missing and the original price payed for the bracelet. 

Please note if you are missing more than half of your bracelet it will void the warranty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your bracelet to be repaired.

We will pay the shipping cost to send your bracelet back to you after it has been repaired.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks after we receive your bracelet for it to be repaired. 
Once your bracelet has been repaired we will send you a tracking number to your email where you will be able to track it.
